Testing is a very important aspect of any system development or implementation. Many problems and issues that occur during testing can be avoided if testing requirements are recognised from the outset. In other words, design a system for testability and minimise the risks later. Nowhere is the need for robust test planning more important than for web-based systems or delivery channels. Any failure at this stage is:

What makes the internet so difficult? We too often neglect the users, and yet there is no user manual for internet based services (or very rarely).
